Privacy policy
Last updated 22 September 2026. This policy covers the iOS app Juga Loud Megaphone (bundle identifier com.juga.loud.megaphone) and nothing else.
This app collects no personal data. It has no account system, no analytics, no crash reporting, no advertising and no third-party SDKs. Everything the game remembers about you — your club, your career, your banners and your settings — is written to its own sandboxed folder on your device. The only time you send us anything is when you choose to contact support, and that is covered below.
None. For the avoidance of doubt, and using Apple's own App Store privacy categories:
| Category | Collected | Linked to you | Used for tracking |
|---|---|---|---|
| Contact info | No | No | No |
| Health & fitness | No | No | No |
| Financial info | No | No | No |
| Location | No | No | No |
| Contacts | No | No | No |
| User content (photos) | No | No | No |
| Search history | No | No | No |
| Browsing history | No | No | No |
| Identifiers | No | No | No |
| Purchases | No | No | No |
| Usage data | No | No | No |
| Diagnostics | No | No | No |
| Sensitive info | No | No | No |
| Other data | No | No | No |
The app's privacy manifest declares NSPrivacyTracking = false, an empty tracking-domains list and an empty collected-data-types list. Nothing is shared with any third party, because there is no third party.
The game saves your progress locally so it can remember where you were. All of it lives inside the app's private container, under Library/Application Support/KlaxoTouchline.
| What | File | Why it exists |
|---|---|---|
| Club name, manager name, crest glyph and colour | profile.json | Shown on the team talk, result card and coach card |
| Stars, chant points, voice ceiling, read rating | profile.json | Progression and unlock gates |
| Fixture history, cleared opponents, unlocked packs and formations, active deck | career.json | Career progress and deck building |
| Aggregate statistics — matches, goals, call accuracy | stats.json | The career ledger screen |
| Earned trophies | trophies.json | The trophy hall |
| Daily fixture streak and the dates played | streak.json, dailies.json | Streak bonus and attendance strip |
| Manual pages you have read | reading.json | Reading progress and one trophy |
| Sound, haptics and clock preferences | settings.json | Your settings, kept across launches |
| Matchday banners you create | banners.json + Media/banner-*.jpg | The banner wall and the stand behind your dugout |
| Your coach portrait, if you add one | Media/portrait.jpg | The coach card |
None of this is transmitted anywhere. Deleting the app removes all of it permanently. You can also erase it without uninstalling, from Cabinet → Settings → Erase all progress.
The Banner Studio and the coach card can use a photograph. Both are entirely optional, and the game is complete without either.
Photographs you bring into the game stay on the device. Removing a banner or your portrait inside the app deletes the corresponding file immediately.
The support page has a short form: your email address, a reason and a message. When you press Send, those three fields are delivered to our support inbox so we can read your message and reply to you. Nothing else is attached to it — no device identifier, no save data, no location.
We use the address only to answer you, we do not add it to any mailing list and we do not share it with anyone. Once your question is resolved the conversation is deleted. Writing to us by email instead works the same way.
Apple requires apps to declare why they use certain system APIs. This app declares three, all for its own save files and settings:
| API category | Reason code | Use |
|---|---|---|
| User defaults | CA92.1 | Reading and writing this app's own preferences |
| File timestamp | C617.1 | Reading and writing this app's own save files |
| Disk space | E174.1 | Showing the save footprint on the Settings screen |
None of these values is displayed to anyone else or used for any other purpose.
The game is suitable for a general audience and contains no user-generated content sharing, no chat, no links out to social networks and no purchases. Because it collects nothing at all, it collects nothing from children either.
Data-protection law gives you rights of access, correction, deletion and portability over personal data held about you. The only personal data we could ever hold is a support conversation you started yourself. Write to us and we will disclose, correct or delete it promptly.
The data stored on your own device is under your control at all times: Cabinet → Settings → Erase all progress deletes it, and so does deleting the app.
If a future version of the game ever adds a feature that touches data, this page will be updated before that version ships and the date at the top will change.
